We buy biltong here regularly. There are many different game offerings other than beef as well as dry sausage and snacks. This is a tiny store but service is friendly and helpful. On the down side costs are high but well worth it as a great.

Beware of scale fraud here. Theyll happily set their scale to tilt and rip you off! The price for the biltong changes every time I go here. I watched the sales person change a setting and what was R80 worth turned into R68 worth. Crooks! Youve lost my business!

Visited Waterstone Biltong at 14:30 today to buy products. I asked the lady to cut a strip of biltong thinly but when I walked out, noted it was not thinly cut. On return to the shop to have it changed, she gave it to another lady saying “She will cut it”. No apology, just attitude! The other lady then took it upon her to select another piece and told her I would choose a piece which I gave her and she said “Put it on the scale”. No please, just attitude! I addressed her about their lack of customer service and attitude, I was told they are busy. Lost my business, for sure!
