I was met by very friendly staff, who were clued up on storage possibilities, and vacancies. I had many questions answered honestly and helpfully. Premises are very clean, and look very safe. Very Very impressed with service and facilities.

I needed packaging material to send an article (bought while on holiday) home. I found the person on duty extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the proverbial extra mile.

I was at the Sea Point branch a while back just browsing the look of this establishment and was pleasantly approached by one of the staff and received some very helpful feedback not only in a friendly manner but additionally in a tone of a friendly conversation in a way that you would meet someone new, which to myself can be the most honest conduct of communication as I can tell whether they have pride in their product and service. Thumbs up to these guys, I constantly refer Stor-Age as the first choice in an industry with vast option.
