Always an absolute pleasure to deal with a very professional team at Galvatech. They informed me in advance exactly when I can expect their truck for my collection. The truck was on time and the driver very capable in assisting me with loading my job for galvanising and powder coating. The job came back the next day and I was informed numerous times where my items were in the process and when it will be delivered again.

I have dealt with Galvatech for more 20 years in my personal capacity, as well as for companies i do/did work for. Their service have always been outstanding, and they do more than expected to help clients. i used them for HDG, Carboguard Spray Painting, Fusion Bonded Epoxy and Powder Coating. never have i had any problem with their quality of workmanship, service, or delivery time. Even if I need goods to be HDG for urgent deliveries, they will make a plan to get goods done during nightshift. To all the staff at Galvatech, from management, office staff, foremen, drivers, and even the pickers, thank you very much for the effort put into your work quality and service. I will advise anyone to support you, as i will do.

It was easy to find

Very poor service. Especially considering the good i heard from others. Started when i tried to get the invoice for my gate a few days after drop off. Reception kept telling me they busy generating invoices and will get back to me. After the third telephonic attempt to get an invoice i decided to go to the premises. Got there only to find out the jobcard got lost meaning I wouldve neveived an invoice. After an hour of waiting i had to search and identify my own stuff and wait for the weight to be taken and invoiced. After all that, when the gate was collected a few days later found the frame was bent and the job is not very satisfactory.

They exceeded my expectations. Well done to all

Seeing that I was inpressed with galvatechs service for this whole year I had a terrible experience with yous for this two weeks I took in same work and my sliding gate was epoxy coated instead of being galvanized I was OK with it cause it was a honest mistake but when they had to strip and regalv it the problems started the formans gave me all kinds of stories and the way the gates end result came out was very unacceptable and other then that the gate came out like a banana and no1 seemed to worry about it the one Forman rather told me the workshop guys are to busy I spend more time trying to get the gate straight then manufacturing it.UPDATE😀😀😀So on Saturday I have a received a call from management I have never experienced where a company would sort out a issue you had so quick I received a call from Clive and he was very sincere he just new how I felt about giving my client a good job and offered me to do the gates over and sort it out to my satisfaction I can see now that you guys treats every client of yours equally weather its a big company or just a small guy working out of a garage.... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 👍👍👍

Just had 2 pedestrian gates galvanised they were designed and welded to eliminate the need for vent holes which I showed the person receiving. But no there are holes drilled all over totally spoiling the appearance of the gates and I got charged for the drilling! This shows lack of quality control so I will never use Galvtech again.Update: Liaan contacted me after my review and offered to collect and repair the holes. The repair has made good the appearance satisfactorily and I must commend Galvatech for their response.

Affordable galvanizing that is done the same day if you ask nicely

I always reckon a company is only as good as its after sales, and I can say with certainty this place is about customer satisfaction

I allways get helped fast and effiecent, it is not a nice working enviroment, so i respect their work and therfore get the same respect back.

Took my 7m trailer today, 2020-06-25. Gate guard friendly and professional. Know exactly what to do and where to go. Receptionist, nothing was asked too much or impossible. Sir, we are heading to the store soon and there I am again accompanied by a friendly man to check all details correctly. Marcel comes to talk about price and it is not done in Public, NO we go out of sight after hearing about the rest of Public. Well done Galvatech staff. You are definitely Professional.
