Omnisurge is one of the great medical companies i have came across. Their sales are so friendly and they respond in time. I now have 4 years working together with this company and i havent complain even one day. I remember one day i had a problem in finding crutches, then i contact them and they respond quickly and supply me with 300 crutches within 24 hrs. Looking forward doing business with you.

Company was not able to assist me telephonicly and was unable to supply me with a name of one of their retailers. I was advised to to use GOOGLE to find my answers. As per reception they are to busy to listen to calls from customers and will request all applicants to send a Email on what they inquiry is about. I wish you all of the best in your business venture.

Shown samples before payment but what was delivered was totally different to samples shown. Made contact with the company to solve the issue with no success. Highly unethical, takes away the whole concept of making an informed purchase.

Extremely poor client service, We paid for our supplies and they have still not delivered it. Alvina makes up a new excuse every time we call and they have recently stop taking our phone calls.I would not advise anyone to use them in the future.
