The staff needs to be taught customer relations.I orderd bulk stock n when it came we unpacked the stock n checked it out, we found that we were over charged for a box of Merchandise.We waited for the weekend to end so that we could make contact with them on the Monday explaining what had happened.They said they cannot refund my money they have to get the footage as per the CCTV.Its been over 6 months that I am still waiting for them to get back to me and yet I have made contact with them over 15 times.I order stock n when it comes they sell it in bulk to people they personally know yet they refuse to sell it to me many times.Who owns this branch n how do they allow such people to run there business is beyond me.Disgrace

Terrible service..Never get back to there clients.we buy in bulk but it does not matter.they need me to teach them customer relations.building a good clientele is what they need to do.if they look after there clients we wont have to find other suppliers.bad services.
