This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their client services are shocking, I am surprised they have managed to keep their doors open for so long. If I can give anyone advice, please stay away and rather make use of one of the many other pathology labs in Cape Town. My doctor sent a test specimen to them to get tested which I did not know about at all. A year later I receive an email from their attorneys who have blacklisted me for not settling this R240 account. I then contacted JDW Pathology to query this only to find out they posted this account to my old home address and had the wrong contact information for me – which they got from a third-party. I then explained to them that I was not even aware of this account as they sent the statement to the wrong address, phoned the wrong number, never emailed me and even got my details from someone else who clearly gave them the wrong information. Now I have to settle their account along with their attorney’s account for something I was never even aware of. I hope no one else have to go through the same experience and I hope they update their ‘due diligence’ policy on where they get their information from and the steps they follow.

Have not used their services, but have met with the management and staff. Found them to be very professional and willing to go the extra mile for clients.

Horrible experience with them. I forgot to pay my account because it was such a small amount. I was phoned and reminded about my account and promised payment. They then went and handed me over to debt collectors who then added a fee to the bill which is double the actual bill on top of what I owed. I was not notified by the pathologist that my account would be handed over. And I did make the payment as promised but the account had been handed over the day after talking to me already.
