Got our covid test done here, in order to go and fly back to NL. Happy that we found this place as most others were full. Spoke on the phone and made an appointment. All went well, were done quickly with just a throat swap. Got in the results within 24h.Doc also offered his support after the test for any questions or concerns, also during the weekend.

This was the most unprofessional sexist doctor Ive ever encountered. I have a different surname to my husband and he asked if I was the secretary or wife because of it. His mask was also loose, he handed us pens that had been used by other people without sanitising them, took multiple calls in our appointment, shouted down the phone at clients and suggesting that Covid numbers were inflated. Shocking experience, Im surprised hes still allowed to practice.

Terrible experience. The man in charge was simply the rudest, most condescending and awful person Ive encountered in ages. I would never use this clinic or Dr. Joubert, bar none.

Will not use clinic again. Bad first impression and got worse with every minute while getting 2 vaccinations. Very unprofessional; unsettling experience.

I cant tell enough people not to support this business. On each occasion I have called this clinic, the same man answers the phone and is the most disgustingly rude individual, shouting and condescending, my visa requirements state three separate tests are required, he almost spat through the phone at me for asking if he offers three simple tests. I honestly think this man needs to get an attitude adjustment, how he is still in business in beyond me. If I could give minus points I would.

This business should be rated in MINUS. The service is PATHETIC and the representatives are RUDE. The white man that answered the phone DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. I would be surprised if he gets any business with that attitude.
