Staff think they own the place here... The staff here are so rude and refuse to help the public. If you just as much get a little bit of attitude they decide they will punish you and make you wait forever... The lady that works at the front desk Francis... Is so rude and tries make you wait as long as she possibly can

Everybody very helpful just the waiting could be a bit frustrating at times as everyones appointment is booked for the same time which dont make sense to me..

A good clinic where the nurses try their best to provide a good service. Pity about the very rude man behind the book-in window. He is slightly physically disabled, and I can only think that is how he keeps his job as its certainly not his attitude. He is extremely belligerent and unpleasant.

With or without an appointment, you will wait. For hours. And then some more hours. Three hours is a short time to sit there in my experience. Covid protocols in place. Make sure to go at the crack of dawn. Always my last option to go. Book the whole day off just to be safe. Parking off street along the red line (aka no park zone) available as parking inside is not permitted at the moment. Covid testing centre has been set up there.

I have been sitting outside since 7:20am this morning... not just me..the sick, elderly and covid .... and I am still sitting here at 10:50... and I had a 8:00am appointment... ja ja its government so you expect to wait... but seriously... and the staff

I went today for a covid test as per my Drs referral. I was refused by a man, no name badge so I dont know his name. He completed his list and triage and because I didnt have the symptoms at the time of his questioning, because I had taken pain meds, he refused to let me get tested. He said it didnt matter what the Drs says because they not dealing with the people. As I was talking to my daughter on the phone, he started yelling at me, in front of everyone, and started saying that what makes me so special and entitled to have the test with no symptoms. He humiliated me in front of everyone. Entitlement has nothing to do with it as this is a pandemic and surely Drs know what they doing. The whole time he was ranting I kept quiet and I think that fueled him even more. I just kept quiet. It was an horrific experience and one that I hope he doesnt repeat with other people...

Apparently covid only attacks the old and chronically ill according to this clinic. I spent the weekend with my partner and found out today via a private Dr that I am Covid positive.This clinic refuses to test my partner for it because he is under 40yrs old and doesnt have a chronic illness, regardless that we slept in the same bed 2 nights in a row before I was tested positive.Get your act together Bothasig Clinic! Covid doesnt discriminate between old, young, healthy or chronically ill! We are all at risk!

Who do I contact to Report D. Pool. She is the so called manager of the clinic and refuses to help. We were told to come back by the sister on or before the 18th May 2021 without an appointment just to get a refill. 15h45 the clinic is empty they refuse to help. There staff meeting was more important than keeping promises. YES I LOST MY TEMPER... but this woman wouldnt look in my eyes, never put her mask on and refused to help. She was also heard while in her staff meeting saying that the rich people shouldnt get the vaccination for free if they have money. Everyones taxes pays for this service. I really would like to know who to report her to and will get a response from.

Just went to the clinic and Im very disappointed. There was a lady, I think shes the nurse that only wanted to speak to me in xhosa, she went on to humiliate me in front of everyone there. I went to the clinic because I am sick and Ive already tried self medication but she told me they cant help me and that I should just leave, she was incredibly rude. I thought clinics provide health care for all but clearly I must have been mistaken?

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff and an efficient process.

Clinic feels the right to punish people? Last time had to pick up medication the guy gave me someone elses card. This time was 3 days late tried to call no one answers phone. Now we being punished. Clinic absolutely empty but refuse to give meds because we late so have to sit outside for 3 hours unnecessarily even though there is only one other person here and no one inside! No notice or notifications sent out about disciplinary times for people who could not collect on day!

The nurse was very rude to me. I sat with a child whose temp retire was 39° and all she cared about was why I refuse to SPEAK Xhosa. I have a recorded conversation of this woman trying to be coy with me

Being an elderly frail person I was treated fairly quickly & courteously. It was a fairly cold day, under cover but still open to the elements.

Long waiting time

All the nurses and Dr are very passionate about their patients they friendly and helpful the chemist staff are ourstanding

I am blown away by how caring, patient and helpful everybody there is. May all the staff members be blessed for their kind and caring manner.

My 1st time at the clinic yesterday and the staff amazing ... Went in with chest pains and they helped me very sufficiently

Arrived at the clinic at 15.23, chairs were up, staff clearly just waiting to go home. I read the sign that clearly stated that I should sit down until attended to. I sat right in front of the window, the lady on the other side just continued with her paper work without acknowledging me. Staff started leaving at 15.30, one staff member came to close the window but saw us sitting outside and asked if we had been helped to which I responded by saying we had not been.He asked me if we had come up to the window to ask for help but the sign clearly reads to sit down until called up. He then started trying to find fault with what we had done instead of attending to us. This was extremely infuriating and unprofessional.We were led to a consulting room, the nurse that attended to us complained about how people do not know what time to come to the clinic. I was there with my daughter and she had to go to school before visiting the clinic. There is no respect, poor work ethics and disgusting service.Staff seems to be concerned with leaving early instead of discharging their contractual obligations and adhering to clinic times. We have visited this clinic three times with no help, if this was an issue I could go to the doctor for I would not waste my time with these people. They do not want to work, do not value their jobs or the patients they attend to. If I left my work half an hour before I am meant to leave I would be fired.

Not very happy with the service we got at the clinic today,got to the clinic at 9:30 am with my elderly parents,told to fill in a paper since we had no appointment,we did as told..and around 11:30 my parents were called in by one of the sister’s to get their bp checked..I had to leave at 12:00 as i was rushing to work,I called my parents just to check if they had been assisted,It’s 3:00pm and they haven’t seen the doctor,I call the clinic and they tell me they are short staffed hence my parents not gtg any assistance..but all the other patients who came after them have been assisted..What kind of service is this? Not even considering that they had to wait from 9:30am,why take patients in the first place when you know you are under staffed...

No one answers the phone. They only have a 2 hour period in which you can call and make appointments. Been calling for the last hour and not once has someone picked up the phone.

When your policy is clearly 1pm to 3pm no appointment required please adhere to this. I was very irritated after arriving at the clinic before 3 on a Friday afternoon no waiting queue to be told I need an appointment and no can assist me even though Ive been told numerous times I dont need an appointment.What is worse is that no one was busy!

The staff here need some changing.They obviously do not enjoy helping people... The lady at the front seat reception refused to give me a PEN to fill out a form needed to check yourself into the clinicAfter looking for a pen for some time, a kind man loaned me one..So I ask the front desk again, where do I put the form?They acted like I should know where it is and aggressively showed me the incorrect box!!Thank you to the one staff member who went through training who overheard the reception and gave me the correct information! Clean clunuc with efficient personnel

This clinic actually deserves a rating of 4 but due to operational challenges (short staff) the waiting period was extremely long yesterday.

Phoned this morning to be told one can only phone between 12:00 pm and 14:00 pm. Been phoning non stop and no one answers. This really is pathetic service.

The hours you spend here are ridiculous, I am currently pregnant and have to wait for 4 to 5 hours to be seen on hard hold benches. Then there is pasted on their walls National waiting period maximum 3 hours.
