You are seen by a new doctor each time you visit and the new doctor doesn’t even have your file when you walk in, so they don’t know your history you keep repeating yourself each time. It’s the most frustrating thing about this medical centre.

I have been visiting this practice for many years. Dr Rossouw is our family GP. A really lovely, patient and thorough doctor. This practice is quite busy, so making an appointment is essential. Also be mindful that appointments do not always run on time as they take emergency cases, and treat children and the elderly first.

Poor service by the small lady in the reception. I think she does not know what she is doing and she is playing with peoples lives. Im living that place because of her. I think they must do something about it. 😠😠

One in a million. Dr MJ Rossouw, very attentive, sincere and compassionate and provides the best advice forward. Been my family Dr for many years. Excellent with children and if required they dont hesitate to refer you to a specialist for further examinations. Receptionist (Lee-Ann and Bronwyn) very polite.

What utter disappointment!!!! I will never put my foot here again... Changing GPs because service here is pathetic especially that little lady that is infront by reception!!!!!!!!
