Impossible to get hold of. Phone calls cut off immediately or you get told the person at the extension you need is unavailable. If you leave a message - zip, nada, niente! Emails go unanswered and on the one wonderful occasion I managed to speak to a human being, all sorts of things were promised and guess what - still waiting. Grrrr!!!And still no magazine!!I wish I could post this with negative stars instead of having to even tick one star.
