Horrendous service! I contacted Anien Botha early March and she wasnt in office and advised I contact Carmelita Goliath.I called and she said put everything in an e-mail which I did.I made contact twice from my personal and business email during lockdown and havent received any form of reply, except automated replies. Theres no professional etiquette.I have heard about their bias and prejudice, but now its about laziness and rudeness. Wont be recommending this lot to anyone!
