We were looking for a particular wine which we managed to find at Woodstock Liquors. It also turned out to be a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Only problem was that they only had 4 bottles and we wanted 3 cases. I called them on Monday morning and they said they would order more. Its now just two days later and my 3 cases were delivered this afternoon. Seriously outstanding service. And the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be shopping here again

Worst service ever .The first time i went there i bought three crates of black label I asked for boxes instead of cases because I already have too many at home they refused and where very rude about It i had to load my beers one by one into the car.btw it was the manager who refused my request for boxes, I decided to go in one more time yesterday to get some rizzoa the cashier totally ignored me and started service people behind me he swore me and told me I can even call a manager he doesnt care .

On Thursday completely wrong order was delivered to my address. I didnt open the boxes immediately - just very happy to have my delivery before the closing of bottlestores for the weekend. About 30 - 40 mins after delivery, the courier called to tell me he had delivered the wrong order to me but would be back in the afternoon with the correct one. Late afternoon I got worried and called Woodstock Liquors. A lady told me that she would solve the problem for me. I left for work amd about and hour into work my mom called to tell me wine had arrived. 2 boxes, not 3 and that the courier had taken the 3 that were delivered to us in the morning. Turns out we received wrong order again. The courier told me when he called, that he had delivered the wrong order to a lady who lives round 2km from me. The waybill was for a lady in Johannesburg though. I wrote to Woodstock on Friday morning, requesting an immediate fix but heard nothing from them. I also asked that they come pick up their order, bring my correct order or refund me as my order was Secateurs Chenin not The Introduction and some Rupert reds. And for Grappa, Aperol and Prosecco. Not someones wine glasses. It is now 10:39am Monday and I have not received any correspondence from them. At first glance they looked very clued up and their reviews almost all very positive however I am sad to say my first experience is very far from what I had hoped for. I request an immediate refund and that you come take back your wine after I have received proof of payment/refund. I do not want the wines you delivered.

Great liquor shop with exquisite selection of Gin, Sparkling Wines and Craft Beers. Some interesting ciders Ive never seen before. They also have gift wine bags for when you grabbing a special wine for that special dinner. Staff are friendly.

Very convenient as theres no decent liquor store close by... happy to see from another review this store is dog friendly too?! Please will you start stocking Marlboro silver as it would make it more convenient to purchase from you. Sorry to hear about the fire... Looking forward to the reopening.

Very nice selection slightly pricey but not excessively. The location is a bit of a problem as parking is almost nonexistent with no parking in front of the store during afternoon peak traffic. Staff are friendly and helpful.
