Definitely the worst place to buy leathers. I bought last year a leather jacket for my wife and although i was feeling and saying that the number she gave me was small for her, the owner was insisting that it was right. So i bought it and when i returned home it was truly smallSo i contacted her to ask for a larger one (she gave me her whatsup number) and she admitted that it was her mistake as she gave me the medium size but for kids and not for adults. Then she was promising me that she will send the correct one to swap. After months and reminders from my side she told me that this design was not available anymore and due to Covid she had closed the shop etcThen i asked her to find out directly from the factory in Italy and she asked me for home address details etc and then she asked me to re-pay the new one 50/50 with her. I was expecting more than 1 week to come with courier from Italy. Obviously never came. When i sent her again a reminder she answered a neutral “will check and revert”. Obviously never reverted and when i sent numerous reminders , she never replied back till today.The WORST PLACE TO BUY LEATHERS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT! There are number of reliable leather shops at Waterfront. Stay away from Ulka design as much as possible unless you would like to get fooled by her.
