Due to an error on my part Freestyle happily and without hesitation said I could exchange a pair of sandals I bought online.After trying on a number of sizes which were uncomfortable, Thalo was called to measure my feet. A pair of sandals was going to be made for me. Magnificent service! My shoes arrived today and it is a perfect fit. My thanks go to Patricia, Thalo and another lady(didnt get her name) for the wonderful service and attention to detail.

The soles of their boots, have very little in way of support or padding, for comfort. My feet always feel tired after a day of wearing their boots. For the price I paid for these boots, I would expect more than a hard sole!
