Bagworld’s service is outstanding! I needed a specific Delsey suitcase and after speaking to their customer service department they sourced the suitcase and had it delivered within in a few days from Cape Town to Johannesburg. I also paid a R1200 less than at several other shops I phoned. You have a customer for life! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my travel needs❤️

BagWorld helped to open my suitcase after the code accidentally changed. They did it efficiently and with friendly service. They did not harm my bag at all and nothing was too much effort.
