Shocking experience. Choose your legal firm wisely.After reviewing the websites and all the publicity, I trusted Simon to look after my case and interest of course.It started promising until my legal representative was changed without my knowledge and agreement. I was further handed over to a junior representative who had no idea about my case, neither was the appointed advocate briefed on the history of my case.I was excessively overcharged and despite my numerous calls and emails to Simon Dippenaar himself, no action was taken.We cancelled the mandate by mutual agreement based on a full refund.In the interim, I have won my case, but to date have yet to receive the balance of my refunded.
