This firm is unethical in the extreme. They tried to get satisfaction for a debt by way of a Sec 65A inquiry into my ability to pay the debt. The magistrate couldn’t make an order that I pay so they deviously removed the matter from the roll and quickly obtained an order behind my back to attach R11,000 in my bank account leaving me without a cent for food. How unethical and illegal is that?
