Yip..almost 2.5 years and still waiting. Verushca, Ayaz, Thurston and the rest dealing with our case are not following up. There were times we were not updated and when we query the matter, we are being pushed from pillar to post. # So go figure.

This firm is a waste of time and money. You will find yourself waiting weeks for SOME communication, constantly having to contact them to find out they needed some document 2 weeks ago. Only after our terrible ordeal, did we speak to friends and colleagues who confirmed the same experiences mentioned in these comments.Please, if you are assigned these transfer attorneys, spare yourself the stress and anxiety and request another firm.

Farieda and Shihaam are the biggest liers and shame on them, we have taken 4 months with a transfer of a property in belhar, even today we are still not done with transfer. On monday they told me they ready to lodge however they want payment first, i made the payment, and they promised to lodge before Wed which is today. Today they telling the bank attorneys that their printer is not working therefore they cant lodge? how pathetic is that? nonsense, i dont recommend anyone to use these guys

Before today not good at all. Kayla assisted us today. She is very proffesional and answered all our unanswered questions.

We were off to a good start, they seemed professional. However, professionalism soon faded, calls were not returned and emails not responded to. We took occupation 20 days ago, we are still not in receipt of ownership papers. Weve received no electrical, beetle or plumbing certificates. Our funds were in a trust account, were still awaiting our refund. We had to request the final recon, which is a standard document which the purchaser receives prior to taking occupation. Too many standard procedures falling off the table, which is unacceptable. Weve left messages but as is standard with this firm, nobody has responded.

Ayaz and Abdullah are patheticPurchased a property was meant to move in on the 10th of November 2020 only managed to move in on the 15th of January 2021Needed to appointment a new lawyer to handle the matter as they failed to be of any help. They are pathetic, the service was horrible I wouldnt recommend that anyone deals with them in the futureAyaz and Abdullah will put this law firm in jeopardy because of their unprofessional. Theyll be hearing from proper lawyers

I recently procured a property and Salie and Salie was the transferring attorneys. When the previous owners did not honour their OTP obligations, Ayaz Camrodoen and Adullah Salie set up several meetings which the previous owners .There were multiple email exchanges without resolution. The previous owners failed to honour these meetings and Salie and Salie failed to act deceively. They kept on asking me to be patient and give the owners more time.I have taken the matter to the law society.Neshaan Peton

To get my title deed it took 3 (three) tries to hand it over to me. Now as I needed a Conveyancers Certificate I made it very clear that it is urgent. On Friday I got the invoice (first) within ours I paid it and sent the proof of payment to the firm. They refused to send me the certificate because it is just the proof of payment, it is not show on there account.The amount I had to pay was ridiculously high. Ayaz couldnt or didnt want to give me verifiable details of the days and times he needed.In my point of view absolutely unprofessional and ignorant. This firm cant be recommended.
