They are normally really nice. Reception was very unfriendly on the 29th floor. I suppose shes not in the mood for working and dealing with silly lawyers like us lol. Just make sure you are on the ball with what they need from you or they will be rude. Well depending on who is at reception. Some people who work there do give 5 star service. So this rating is purely my experience for today. If you hat asked me a week ago it would have been 5 stars

No feedback on pro bono applications which effect the prescription period for a claim. Their mandate should be clear to avoid misconduct.

I attempted to contact the Legal Practice Council. I tried over weeks in 2018 and on 22 January 2019 I still had no luck!During 2018 I entered a complaint about a legal practitioner, member of the Legal Practitioners, who have not been able to transfer a property into my name...for FOUR years. The LPC were not able to assist me. They are always asking more questions. I want to know if it is acceptable for a legal practitioner not to transfer a property in a reasonable time!

Im trying to have my articles registered; called your offices at least 3 times a day every day for 3 weeks, and NO RESPONSE. When I am connected, they simply say were processing your application - never mind the fact that because of your incompetence I wont have my articles registered by 9 Jan like it says in my application - Ill have to re-register for March. Pathetic!

As a legal practitioner I have been struggling with a few new procedural requirement and approached the LPC WC. I was assisted by Ms Rama and electronically by Ms Meyer both of whom are friendly, patient and eager to resolve any queries regarding records. Thank you for going out of your way!
