Unfortunately, our experience wasnt great. When they came to measure our lawn, it was very much a guess-estimate. We were then reassured that they will take cutting lists and amend the final invoice accordingly, so we didnt worry about it. We had to REQUEST a cutting list when the invoice arrived - unamended. The cutting list was clearly put together to make up the original meters.Subsequently, I have witnessed a measuring from another company at another site and every inch was measured.On the day of installation, no one arrived and no one phoned to inform us. After three hours I phoned to enquire as I especially took the day off. They got caught up on another job and had to delay our job. Understandable and acceptable, just communicate next time.As an apology, they mentioned that they would gift us a bottle of lawn cleaner. Three months and two follow-ups later, we still havent received anything. I get the impression that theyve received their money and couldnt care further.They have a really amazing team that works for them and does the installation. The men are energetic, and go the extra mile. They know what theyre doing. The group leader, whose name I unfortunately cant remember, was exceptional. I really hope that they treat their staff better than their customers.UPDATE: 7 months later, a big patch of our lawn sank in. There used to be a tree and the rain caused the collapse. I cant fault them in their follow-up service. They were here within a day after I reported it and fixed it within two days. (We also got our lawn cleaner)
