Worst service I have had in the past 2 years, zero customer skills, instead of giving out solutions they want to use big I.T jargon. They once didnt back up our information and we were non operational for 2 weeks. My mails have been down for 3 days :/

Well i too have been with them for over 10 years but the recent issue have cost me customers. Issues with emails, they dont communicate, but very quick to collect money or suspend your account if payment is late. No apology for the recent issues with emails between Jan and April. Embarrassing to customers. But quick very quick to collect money and or suspend your account. This is my exit letter.

Pathetic service. Ive been with them for 20 years and service is continually getting worse. Every time theres bad weather their server is down and one cannot access ones email. Whats worse is that SA Domain do NOT bother to inform their clients of the problem and they dont bother to return phone calls. Its definitely time to take my business elsewhere.

Dear SA Domain.I am a bit concerned that:1) the last update we received was on Monday morning (Today is Wednesday) and2) ALL your departments are not answering calls.I am a loyal customer, will always recommend you, however seeing that the server outage is affecting my productivity, being kept in the dark is really not appreciated. I sympathize with you situation, however keeping your clientele abreast of developments, is very important.Looking forward to some form of communication as I really would like to give you a 5-star rating based on the good service we have received for all these years.

I have had no emails for 48hours now and am not even getting feedback on what the problem is or how long its going to take. Times are tough enough cannot afford not to be getting emails. Would definitely not recommend this company ever. Time to move my business.

Unfortunately I have to give you a one star. We rely on all our business mainly through email. You used to be professional, fantastic at sorting out problems and getting back with explanation. But I heard nothing all day . Need to change. Upset as Ive been with uou for 15 years. Cantgo on like this!

My client has been waiting for more then several days, with little to no feedback in that time.... We only receive a single email today ( 3 days later) throughout this entire process, but with no final ETA. Poor communication and zero reliability, in this direr situation.

Terrible service. Constant issues the past few days. My websites been offline, loosing clients due to this. In addition, had my website hacked a few months ago as well due to poor security from this service SA Domain Internet Services cc. Very poor quality.

4 days without a website and email on an ecommerce platform and lack lustre feedback you give South African web hosting companies a bad name.
