We called and emailed them to update my moms policy with no success.Several years ago they actually assisted my dad with updating his policy and informed him that his policy was good and no payments were required. Several months after that my dad passed away and they wouldnt release his body until R2,000 was paid in.Definitely not a reliable and trustworthy company

I have a funeral cover with them, they captured my aunts details incorrectly, instead of aunt, they said mother, now I am struggling to put my real mother on the policy and It is difficult for Avbob to correct the mistake made by them

AVBOB were really helpful so much so that I have to insure more of my extended family with them keep it up Staff of AVBOB.

I hate them because they do everything on their power to get out of paying people
