Contacted them 6 weeks ago, in that time Ive had to call them 4 times asking why no one had got back to me. Every time they would say theyre not sure and ask to take my details. They needed to take my details 4 times (why do they not keep the details???) and still havent heard back from anyone there. I contacted them because of their good google reviews, a shame I have to leave a bad one.

Incredibly empathetic experience. June knew and understood all of the challenges of puttng together a visa application in South Africa. Then came the COVID crisis and June was right there on the mobile phone, answering questions in the middle of the night. It is difficult to say enough nice things about June, and there is no question of her superior competence in South African immigration from any other attorney we have used in the past. As an USA attorney myself - I say without conditions - that June is knowledgeable of the law, the bureaucrats are comfortable with her work so no time is wasted processing the applications, and she charges nothing more than what is appropriate for the work requested and a good deal less than what her work delivered is worth to me.
