Great place if you want to get tons of ice-cream for cheap. I go there almost every 2 weeks now. Prices are way better compared to every other shops like Shopprite or PnP

This company has quietly become one of the biggest producers of ice cream in the country. They sell via their factory shops. Extremely good quality ice cream at astonishingly good prices. We eat the ice cream at our home all the time.

They have great Covid 19 protocol in place, you just have to queue, but it goes fast.

My first time so not familiar with the ordering process. Waited in line for a while before someone came to take my order and handed the slip to me. As I progressed in the queue, someone else took the slip from me and fetched my 4 boxes of ice lollies - they didnt have one item that I wanted but this happens in the retail space so wasnt an issue.Reason for my rating, I wasnt even aware that I had an order number, how would I know if someone had taken my slip and the person who wrote out my slip never mentioned anything about an order number. The cashier continuously screaming an order number across the shop (none of the other staff bothered to ask me if it was mine) I then realised it was probably mine as I was next in line and made my way to the till.The shop is very busy with only 2 till points. They should separate normal retail from bulk buyers as we all stand in the same queue and it isnt really fair that we should wait in line behind someone buying R1000s worth of products vs 4 boxes of ice lollies. They should implement an ordering system for their bulk buyers and separate it from normal retail, or do bulk only and no retail for small consumers.Ive only had pleasant experiences at Polar Killarney Gardens and will be going there again, wont be going to Eppings one ever again.To be fair, the security guards do an excellent job with covid compliance by ensuring that the store capacity is met and also ensure that social distancing is taking place by ushering people to their designated marked spots.

Polar Ice Cream is a manufacturer of all sorts of ice cream and sorbet products. The range is extensive and varied. They are a hawkers paradise being reasonable priced for resale. As the hot summer threatens it is a good idea to stock up on you favourite frozen confectionery. They have able parking and staff are friendly. Recommended.

I tried to place a large order for my daughters wedding. I spoke to an extremely rude lady, called Loretta. What a horrible, rude, entitled woman. She is not the owner, but acts as though it is her company. She was not only rude, but also questioned whether I could even afford to pay for my order! The audacity! I would definitely not recommend!!

Its a factory shop so products are cheaper. Note that you need to purchase in bulk. So per box purchases and not per unit unless otherwise stated or advertised. Great if you want to save money or open a spaza shop.

Make sure to go early now as the queue is long and the wait even longer due to Covid restrictions.

Just the shop you need to sort out the kiddies Ice Cream craving, that is sure to hit during the hot December Holidays. Very well priced, clean shop. The queues can get a bit long, but we have never experienced very long waits. Their Premier tubs are very nice. Overall a great little factory shop.

It was a pleasant surprise visiting Polar Ice Cream in Epping. It was a bit of a wait, but to be expected this time of the year. Price wise it was also worth the wait and they do supply you with a refreshment while in the queue. Great job Polar Ice Cream Company! Ill be back! 🍦🍧

Well priced store. You generally wait in a long queue, but it’s definitely worth the wait! Service is quick, however many store owners come to the factory store and place large orders, which causes the long queue and delay. Prices of items are all over the venue, thus it should not take that long to place orders if you’re a first time buyer.

The Owners are extremely Friendly and Polar Ice cream is SUPER TOPS 👍👏 LOVE THE BRAND. WELL DONE 🤩

Great value for money

It was absolutely delightful while customers were stuck in a que in the sun and I mean it was really cooking to buy ice cream they supplied the customers with ice cream to keep em relax and cool

I came there on a very hot day to buy just 2 buckets of ice cream. The place was full and I did not feel like standing in the long que, but I was there already and thought Im gonna if I leave I wasted my own time and would have come for nothing. But then a staff member asked me if the 2 buckets is all Im taking and if so, I dont need to stand in the que and can go straight to the cashier. What a relief. I am now a regular customer.
