Charlene was a delight to work with and have around. Not only is she a very professional and knowledgeable doula but a lovely person as well.I was beyond fortunate to have met Charlene in the midst of my delivery. She helped me to exercise techniques that greatly allowed me to gain physical comfort and mental strength in preparation for my son’s birth. I thoroughly enjoyed having her around and find that a lot of the techniques that she thought me remain valuable until today in many aspects of life. So I think that it’s safe to say that she’s a whole package.2 years later, Charlene continues to be supportive by bringing together a group of mums in a safe Whatssap platform to support one another as mothers and as women. This is by far one of the most well-organized and insightful platforms that I’ve been in and I believe that it a wise person to form such and manage such a diverse group of people - Motherhood couldn’t feel more United.“Recommend” is a an understatement. You need Charlene no matter what pregnancy and birth you are planning on having! Do yourself a favour and do Charlene’s course, and while you’re at it, hire her as your birthing doula! To be honest, Charlene was more useful than my husband, and I wouldn’t trade my experience for anything!

I dont think I could have done a natural birth if it wasnt for Charlene. The hypnobirthing classes was exactly what I needed to prepare mentally and physically. Now, 2 years after my birth she still holds such a safe space for us moms to share experiences and ask for advice. Thank you xo

Charlene is an incredible doula. Very gentle, kind, caring and reassuring. Could not have had my natural, unmedicated birth without her. She guided my husband during the birth as well and just gave us so much support (support that you actually have no idea how much you need in that moment in time), I look back and I am so grateful to have had her by my side. Her hypnobirthing course is also really great and I used it during my labour. Would highly recommend her services.
