The security is beyond strict. If you dont have a pin sent to your phone you cant get in. Ridiculous ruling that causes a traffic jam at gate.

Clean, middle-upper class closed security estate in Big Bay. Smaller houses with nice architecture.

Security complex with licence and car licence scanning security features. Visit is verified with tenant before entry is authorised. Near homes with beach feel. Grassy area for neighbourhood animal and children romps. On myciti bus route and 2 min walk from seaside village and 5 mins from eden on the bay .
