Lovely place. One of my relatives rents a two bedroom apartment, with an american style kitchen. A bit pricey but the complex has a lovely garden and it has 24 hour security. The second and third floor apartments each has a balcony. Each apartment has an allocated garage and 1 parking bay. The complex is close to many shopping facilities.

My daughter and partner are renting a flat here..what a well run NEAT complex the gardens are stunning the security are friendly especially Eben( i think that is the correct spelling) the rubbish bin area is impressive they recycle ♻️ if you want to buy or rent look no further this is the place especially the ones away from the roadside

At least the old closed De Kelder Restaurant which was an eyesore & very run down is looking much better now.The vagrants & beggars in the Spar parking area I hope has been resolved.The Disabled parking bays are being used by downright lazy people who dont take us disabled people into consideration. Some people are also displaying a blue or green card thats been bought at CNA just to get away with parking closer.Then I come along (who has spent time doing the correct thing) getting my GP to fill in my form, having an I.D. photo taken, driving to Traffic Dept, waiting in a queue I cannot stand in then paying my R100 to have my DISABLED CARD issued!!!And then come across all the illegal signs in cars parked in the Disabled parking bay.The whole reason behind parking there is that I have a major back problem!!!Sorry for the rant but Disabled parking is a major issue there!!

Been living here for 6 months.. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay, you hardly notice the N1 highway across the way from you.

Secure, reasonably quiet. Well kept and maintained. Prices are a tad high. Very limited parking. No visitor parking inside. Club house for functions available at a cost. No other ammenities. Garbage room at entrance. Lots of strict rules which may be a good thing for some and not so cool for others. Some apartments have garages some not. Block that are closer to the road obviouslt experience more road noise especially during prak times. Some apartments not really that big.
