Secure with guarded entrance and security walls and electric fences. Being repainted with no extra levies! Strong body corporate and good rules. Offers leisure space with communal pool and laundry facilities. Perfect for holidays. No driving neccessary. Great restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. A real gem!
