Beautiful estate with a firm security staff and good security systems. Prices for homes are fair and good amenities for families. Location is good with access to major arteries being fairly easy. Proximity to Cape Town is okay, and you will sit in traffic around rush times. Homes are pretty close together, but this is common among Estates in the area.

From the time of entering this estate it is plain to see that it was very well thought out and consequently is also well administered. Security at the main entrance are efficient and friendly, all common areas are neat and well maintained. All the individual properties are spacious and unique. Refreshing change from the matchbox size rooms that are so common today. Situated close to all amenities.
