Nice quiet place to live generally. A lot of the places are rentals though, so it is a bit of the luck of the draw who you have living next to you. The pool and clubhouse are very nice. There is 24 hour security but they tend to be quite unfriendly and inconsistent. Parking for visitors is always a contentious issue, which makes things tricky at times

Beautiful house to rent and stay

On the slopes of Devils Peak. One can see Cape Town below and Waterfront. The big wheel ,Signal Hill, Lions head And the Cable Station and Parts of Table Mountain.
