This was the Original Farm given to my Family,Hendrik Cornelizoon Olivier, as a gift for been one of the 10 best Farmers of 1664. The Farm is named after his 2 daughters,Clara and Anna and the Fountain that is here on the farm. I am very proud of the new developing of this land and is also very great-full for the High Quality.

We recently purchased a townhouse in the Village Development at Clara Anna Fontein. Definitely not good value for money and completely overpriced. The materials and finishes are of poor quality and not what you would expect in this price bracket.

Fantastic development, well organized, friendly security .... Its a pleasure working as a contractor there.

Fantastic views over farmlands towards the Drakenstein Mountains.I think the air that they breathe in Clara Anna is a lot less polluted than the rest of Durbanville.

Security at gates is a nightmare. Completely useless and wastes time. How can it take over 45 mins to drop somebody off??

Make sure your drivers licence, and car licence has not expired. The gate start are rude and unhelpful, but the estate is neat, clean and calm.
