This complex is really fantastic to live in, the security is friendly, efficient, and its a joy being there. The business managing it not so much. Reported problems and broken doors outside the unit, 3 month later nothing has been done about it.Just denials about problems, despite sitting with the numbers right in front of me, from their own systems, water and electricity bills of R 1000 per month despite NO things drawing power like fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, lamps, only a cellphone and laptop. Gas Hob, no no stove drawing power either. - Still R 1000 bill, and assurances that its correct.Common sense says it isnt. Then when I did install a fridge and washing machine on the 11th, my electricity usage went DOWN. NO SENSE...Attached screenshots of the reply I get regarding, and it makes absolutely NO sense as no details are given, all I must do is WAIT some more, and PAY some more.Broken door covers a geyser, children run up and down those stairs daily, and it looks horrible for a place thats brand new...broken and reported in July, NOTHING done.Pay a lot to live in a place thats actually incredible, its a shame it is being spoiled by bad service, and no care about the financial implications of a reported problem 3 to 4 months down the line.
