We were pleasantly surprised to see that affordable housing still exists in the fairest Cape. AdW is a lovely development and promises to have all the amenities that one needs close by. Its conveniently situated on main roads and if you dont have to travel into the CBD daily, this spot is perfect. Beautiful views and impressive home designs and workmanship. Alistair from Harcourts estate agents is amazing, helpful and great to deal with.

Its nice for first time home owners and perhaps pensioners. Im not made about the location though ( just off Baden Powell-N2).
