Going there for the first time. There was no stock of the items I wanted. There was nobody to assist me. I had to search around the store for a staff member. And when placing orders, you wait up to 5 days for a response even. Just was not a great experience.

I mistakenly made 2 deposits of the same order on the 16th of April and have since reported the matter, they said I would receive my refund in 3 working days after I have sent them proofs of payment on whatsapp. Till today I still havent received my refund from the company 😩😩

Had a fairly good experience shopping there. The only draw back is that there isnt someone to help customers to locate products or give advice. Its strictly self service and for a new customer it can be disorienting and off-putting.Employing one person to assist customers in that regard would be a good start and it will increase sales.The guy at the till was friendly and the security guard very helpful, so Id say the customer service is in the right direction.The products especially Odorex is the best of its kind on the market.

Prices have gone up but still value for money.Good quality - I purchased the dishwashing liquid.Staff friendly.
