The friendliness of the staff is overflowing, the design of the rooms stunning. Due to some personal crisis I was allowed to check out later. Only very sad that TV picture was so poor and the air from the aircon not fresh.

Amazing breakfast and the service from jade and rosey was outstanding. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the roof top pool was an excellent addition for our group

Friendly, helpful staff in the restaurant. Its such a lovely spot for a lunch or dinner and the interior of the restaurant is stunning.Our starters we really delicious but our main meal was a real disappointment. The meat was bland and tough. The waitress came to check up on us and I provided her with the feedback. She apologized and said it was the batch of meat they got in that week. There was no attempt to fix it. I cut off two tiny pieces so when they collected our plates I didnt at the meat at all. Thats usually one of the highlights when eating out

Its a lovely Viby chilled out hotel. Love the retro modern feel of the place. The food was delicious. We had a 1 night stay with a 2 course meal and breakfast. For dinner we didnt expect some entertainment, lovely band was playing some old and new songs. Its a lovely place just to have time out for yourself and your partner. Loved the bathroom inside the room, decor very sleek and modern, and all the other appliances inside, there was an espresso machine, kettle, steam iron, and hair dryer. You are short of nothing. Only thing you need to bring along yourself and your clothes. Will definitely go again 👌

VIB is nice location. Unfortunately, I could not spend more time at this place due to lock down. But this seems to have a good vibe. There is a roof top apparently, would like to see that soon.Staff is friendly.. So far it is a good place, hence no markdown.

Went for a lazy Sunday brunch at Vib Eye Bar on 14 March. Faultless service, perfect spacing of our 5 course brunch, jazz duo added just the right note from 11 - 14h00. Well priced and very good value. Our group of 4 will definitely go again.

Awesome stay to date.Perfect service from staff, friendly greetings, top notch continental breakfast, and reasonably priced hot breakfast.Rooms are as advertised, cozy and fully equipped with the necessities, including Hand sanitiser.

The customer service is up to standard the staff is friendly the rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. The hotel provides room service and food is delivers in the hotel room. Friday and Saturday there is live band for music. The Covid-19regulations are followed always.I felt home In a brand new hotel. It felt like home. A private gym is s bonus as I am athlete. It also has roof top area with pool and nice view of the city center and cape town stadium. 1km walk to the beach and sea point gym park area. There is lots of restaurants few meters away but the VIB Western Cape has best restaurant inside which servers delicious food I did not see thde need to buy food outside

We visited for drinks and snacks. We ordered Mojitos and asked for them to me made the traditional way without artificial syrup. The barman did an excellent job with them. We also had various tapas including the Vibe platter which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and gave us a tour of the hotel including the beautiful art gallery.

Rooftop bar service is terrible. Ordered salmon sashimi. They bring tuna. They say salmon is not on the menu. I send the tuna away. They offer me salmon sashimi but I must pay the R100 price of tuna. Ok fine, whatever. I order a beer, it never arrives. They add 15% compulsory tip. I ask if I have to pay the tip. They say yes. Needless to say I will not come back here.

We were seated at the rooftop where the pool is, the waiters were very confused and mixed up a lot of orders.

Really disappointing the bar and food is extremely over priced definitely not value for money waited long to be surved we ordered gin instead we got tequila would not recommend eating there you can spend the same amount of money at a top restaurant and get better quality food and service.
