New property and excellent location. Rooms are quite modern and decorated with paintings and vivid colors. Toilets are basic and small. No swimming pool and gym. Toilet floor is not anti skid. The washbasin is not inside the toilet and an little bit of waters splashes in the room. Overall the property is good but with some minor flaws. Worth the money spent.

The pictures on the website looked great but because of the very reasonable rates (in peak season) I partly expected to be disappointed. The Foreshore Signature Lux hotel however, far exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful as was the security and cleaning staff. Room was comfortable, clean, funky and with all the necessary features. The interactive app was also great to use. I have nothing but praise for this facility and will be back. (Only trying the restaurant this evening so cannot review the food but I can say the breakfast buffet looked good).

Very good value for money. Good location. Great service. Loved the extensive use of technology. Everything you need in a compact room designed to maximise the space without feeling claustrophobic. The only problem we had was that midnight snacks were a mission as the bar and kitchen close early with no alternatives nearby.

Perfect place for a getaway. The service was just perfect. The staff are welcoming. The breakfast was scrumptious. I can say that this hotel attends to their guests every need and I can say that as I was a nagging guest lol and they could fulfill my every need.

Awwwsome place. Staff are super-friendly and helpful. Our little group arrived at 5AM! The desk manager let us in, out of the wind, and allowed us to wait until the kitchen opened. Floor Manager gave us a 10% discount as we were 10 people and a lovely hot breakfast was served with a bottomless hot beverage of your choice (at the time of posting this). Loved it here. We will definitely return to this place! Also staff was super patient while we worked out the bill. 😊

The location is fantastic, its about a 3-4 minute walk away from the red bus pick up. The cappuccinos are awesome and the staff is amazing. They are really helpful if you are near to the area, they will even direct or walk with you to some local food spots. 👍

Now this was a pleasant surprise! Such unuasl decor. Brilliant use of space. Funky and modern. The restaurant is amazing! Try the chocolate and strawberry dessert. Bitter dark chocolate tempered by sweet strawberry. Yum! The chef can even turn a burger into a gastronomical experience.

The hotel is lovely and I have absolutely no complaints, but my goodness the staff who work at this establishment are some of the nicest, kindest and most welcoming people I have ever had the fortune of being served on. Each and every single person who works at this hotel should be what other hotels look to train their staff to be like! Bravo Signature Lux! Bravo! I will definitely be back.

Centrally located, funkily decorated, sufficient for a corporate stay for a couple nights. Rooms are small with enough space just for the double bed. Toilet cubicle, shower cubicle, counter with basin / sink. Small rail to hang clothes on. Big mirror. TV. Cool mood lighting. Communal tea / coffee stations on each floor. Restaurant is good - small menu but decent options and the food is awesome. Chickpea burger is a winner!!

Very good value for money, the hotel is very simple with the basics in the rooms but modern and good space. Decoration is nice. Clean rooms and quiet. Good breakfast. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown and waterfront. It seems it’s a common practice in CapeTown but check out time is very early 10 am and this hotel charges 20 USD per hour when late check out.

Although nicely appointed, rooms are really not spacious enough for a longer stay. Also, for some reason, sound carries, making for a restless night to be honest. Good value though, so for really short stays, quite ok!

Overall it was nice hotel.

You wont find more friendly and helpful staff anywhere else. 5 days were spent in the hotel, and although I initially thought otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. Fast wifi, filtered water, good food, climate controlled rooms and helpful staff made it a pleasant stay.

Bumped into this gem after being disappointed by a hotel in the vicinity. This is an interesting addition to the Cape Town hotel space. Modern and chic, they pushed the envelope with this concept. Its playful and functional. Holly, Soso and Lance gave their best and were responsive. They have done well with these 20 square metre rooms, the focus is on functional rooms with all the stuff you need. Works for a city escape or overnight business traveller.

New, neat and chic. Only problem the last airport shuttle leaves the airport at 19h00 or 17h30 depending on the day of the week. Only two shuttles per day from the airport. Self book in on big tablet if you want to or at reception. This is a computer gadgets etc persons dream

I go to MANY hotels, but the Signature Lux hotel in foreshore Cape Town is really ome worth this writeup - its well managed and the service is absolutely superb. They are friendly and I havent slept this well in a long time. My hair isnt even tangled in the morning. Its my 3rd day today and I absolutely love it. When I come back to CT, this is where I will stay. Literally wouldnt want to experience anything else. They also have LEGIT coffee machines on each floor, its extremely clean here, they are humble, yet so professional. Both the guys, that I assume are managing each area, really know what they are doing. The guy by the front desk has superb quality in service every single time. The guy at the restaurant just makes things happen in and out of the kitchen and Im properly taken care of for the first time in my life. The buffet breakfast is my fav - pasties are the best!! The ambience is perfect, the music is my style and I could live here. I absolutely love it! I feel free. I feel like Im appreciated. Its not like other hotels. Its just the energy here that is different. Its just really nice. Dont know where they get trained, but they know how to make your stay special. This is great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice hotel, extremely well kept and pleasant with helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and tidy albeit a little small but extremely comfortable and good value....well located for central Cape Town, Confernce Centre, Long street, City tour bus connection and of course Waterfront!!

Affordable hotel

It was a quick stopover, room was clean, functional . Bed was comfortable and shower spacious. Guest services agent was amazing!

I just checked in , I loved the reception , very professional and helpful personnel , excellent location and nice room ,, the shuttle service is ok but not great.

It might have been better if it was a normal hotel but as an quaritine spot it is horrible to be sitting in one room for fourteen days.

Do not go to this hotel, not because it is extremely trashy, dirty and has an uncomfortable bed, but because of how you will be treated. Those who clean the room will have no trouble robbing you, € 150 was stolen from us, those who work at the reception at your alarm will pretend to listen to you but the next day you will find that no checks have been made. Then you will turn to the manager, lion heart who loves to hide in the closet behind the reception, who will pretend to make a great investigation, which will end with a letter for Santa Claus at your check out, telling you that they have not solved anything. In all this you will not be given the slightest support, nor a kind gesture like a bottle of wine or a (mediocre) breakfast offered. We know that it is difficult to find a solution in these cases, but a small gesture would have been enough. But both of them feel comfortable leaving notes around that suggest not leaving anything in the room (we are certainly not the first robbed by the staff).As for the bedroom, be aware that the bathroom does not actually exist, the sink is in the room (and splashes water from all sides), the shower and toilet are separated by glass, the privacy if you are traveling in two is zero.
