We visited the cafe for breakfast and were very disappointed with the food and service. We were not told of the barista not being in therefore were served coffee by the hostess who should just have opted to say that they are not serving coffee. Our Benedict’s were served not on an English muffin which is said on the menu but old burger buns with old lettuce in between. The hostess then wanted to charge us for the food which we did not eat. The staff also were discussing openly and very loudly they’re current situation in not the best way, I don’t feel like this should be done by staff in front of diners. Ultimately a very underwhelming experience

Perfect place for drinks in a laid back atmosphere, with a great crowd. The hostess and waitrons definitely provide quality service. Well be back.

I was very disappointed with my stay. We checked in late on 6 September, about 5:30pm and the lady who helped us was anything but of hotel standard. I phone reception to request the WiFi password and rooibos tea bags (as there was only coffee in my room) she came knocking on my door with the worst attitude as if I was not allowed to be asking her this. She then told me she upgraded us but in fact put us in a room that was selling for cheaper on booking.com. I was in room 4 and I had no shower door - the water of the shower went all of the place and she told me this was for ‘acetic trendy purposes’ then lastly the breakfast, to be honest this place should rather not offer breakfast. They served old oily potato chips with eggs benefit and old lettuce on the English bun. I then ordered the granola which was smaller than a side salad bowl, to which I found out this addition will be R75.00 for 2 strawberries and 2 grapes included. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

The service is amazing!! The food presentation is beyond expectation and is delicious.Cocktails are absolutely great and would definitely recommend family and friends.Fantastic place for getaway!! 😬

Security guards are always so rude. Parked in front a few months ago when there were no parking signs and the one guy waited the whole night just to kak on me. A friend just had another incredibly rude experience with the security guards who were swearing at her

My stay at boutique, Hôtel du Parc was absolutely phenomenal. 👏🏽 So stunning that I actually changed my air ticket and extended my stay by two nights! 😁Perfectly situated just off Kloof Street, only steps away from some of Cape Towns most famous restaurants such as Kloof Street House, Black Sheep, El Burros Taqueria, Thali, Cafe Paradiso, and many many more! 👅💦After a short drive up the beautiful Kloof Nek Road you will find yourself at the foot of Table Mountain, Lions Head hiking trail, Signal Hill Road, and Camps Bay (just a few minutes down the road). Honestly, what more could you possibly ask for? 😍The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they honestly made me feel like family. ❤ Anja, the chief managing and hospitality director was simply phenomenal and always on top of things. Eden, Leonando, Vongai, and Wanda the hosts and hostesses of the restaurant and bar area were such a breath of fresh air, a friendly, attentive and exceptionally charming bunch. Also, very easy on the eyes. 😉 Lwando, the ex-mixologist of the famous One and Only Bar is always ready to mix you an absolutely delicious cocktail. His intense understanding of flavours lends itself to his ability to add his own signature flair to his tasty creations. A true artist! 🍹🍸👨🏾‍🎨 Chef Mora, the chef during the day, I absolutely cannot fault, his breakfasts were on a whole new level. From handmade pannacotta to his perfectly prepared eggs benedicts, you will simply not want to eat breakfast anywhere else. I highly recommend the dirty chai (by John the barsita) and the freshly prepared juices. My mouth is watering just thinking about it all. 🤤 The ex-chef of Nobu, Chef Ernest who does the dinner menu is absolutely exceptional. The fillet is outer worldly. Highly recommended dinner spot. 😍 I absolutely cannot forget to mention Dasha and Leo, the Guest Relations Managers who were always so kind, polite and helpful. 🤗 This list could go on for days, but honestly, every single person working there, including the security guard Alan are absolute gems and made my stay in Cape Town all the more sweeter. ❤ I truly will never forget this holiday and I will only stay at Hôtel du Parc from now on in the future. 🥰You will not be dissapointed in choosing this gem for your stay in CT. 😍
