What sets Broadway guest house apart from the rest for me is how the staff compete against one another to see who gives the best service. Thats awesome for us as guests because we constantly getting better and better service, I can not fault anything at the guest house. I am a long staying guest at these guest houses, They really offer great value for money. The owners will go to the most extreme measures to ensure their guests are happy at all times, They take pride in their work and their business. They are always around to assist with almost anything you might need. I would honestly recommend Broadway Guest house. Staff ARE BRILLIANT!!! very friendly , and very professional. Rooms are kept tidy at all times I would know ! I see this happen daily.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very friendly and helpful. He accommodated us with everything that we needed at the guest house. The guest house is super safe and neat. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom clean. This place is brilliant

Excellent service, good value for money and a terrible annoying creaking and squeaking bed. As a couple you wont enjoy your night as your bed keep on make noise all night long.

What a horrible experience! Could not sleep because of loud noise and talking until 23:30. Got up at 05:00 for hospital. We were so tired. Manager did not seem phased. Breakfast was terrible. Ended up not eating. Swore at by guests because I was labeled as the lady that complained. Privacy clearly not important here or respected. Room was also not clean. This place will not see us again. Bottom line, in the service industry you treat all your guests with the same kind of respect you would want to be treated with. The next day the toilet broke. Manager just said he can arrange for us to go somewhere else. No service recovery what so ever. Which means no responsibility taken. Even more shocking! This was a R1600 for two days, absolutely wasted!
