The recently upgraded hotel is beautiful, its what insta dreams are made of.We were upgraded(for free) to the executive suite and let me tell you that luxurious is the only way to describe it. Rain shower, perfect bedding, huge TV with wifi, Charlotte Reyes products,you name it, they have thought of it.Then there is The Emerald restaurant, food so good, you cant help but shed a tear.The hotel went out of their way to make my husbands birthday special by sending over a piece of cake and a wish from our waiter, in fact all staff that we encountered over the weekend were so friendly and attentiveWith full tummies and happy hearts, enjoy a good nights rest and wake up to feast that is called breakfast. A buffet that tops all others!You wont go wrong by spending a special night at 15onorange, trust me 😉

Pictures don’t do this hotel justice, the rooms are so much bigger than you could expect. The service was excellent and the staff were really friendly. Yusuf always went out of his way to make us feel at home. Felt very safe, protocol is on point and the offering was more than enough. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

Absolutely the single greatest hotel experience of my life. The staff was amazing from day one. They recognized that my wife and I had been having a rough of it on our honeymoon with our previous hotel and they made up for it in Bunches. With zero notice, they planned us a number of nice surprises in the room and gave us a room with a beautiful view. I will be writing Marriott to praise the staff here. They were amazing. Totally unexpected how kind the people were here. Just cant say enough good things. And the room was gorgeous.

We had a lovely meal and cocktails at the hotel pool. It’s a nice space, but the traffic is loud. The reception area is spacious and tastefully decorated, but it’s quite dark as there is only daylight on the far side. The reception is also not where the hotel entrance is, and it is a rather cumbersome way to get there. The staff are very friendly. We also had a gel nail application at the hotel spa, the quality of which was not very good. Again, the staff members were friendly. Overall a nice experience, but just not that wonderful.

An overall bad experience. Service was slow and we understood that given that that are currently understaffed however guests that arrived 30+ minutes after us got their food before us. We waited more than an hour for our food. The service was average and they apologized for the delay but the Restaurant Manager didnt even have the decency to check in on us, or even greet us as guests at all. But shame, perhaps it was a bad night. Food was good though.

We had the buffet breakfast. The staff are really friendly and attentive. The buffet is extensive and there are so many options. You can have your eggs any way you want them. We had our eggs poached and omelette. There are loads of toppings for the omelette. Then there are different sausages and bacon. There is also a cold / continental section with delicious cold meats and fruit, cereals, juices, salmon, cheeses and surprise little dishes... panda cotta and salmon mousse.

Beautiful hotel, Table Mountain view room a must! Front desk/Concierge staff on top of their game, helpful, and very gracious. Would be five stars for sure if restaurant staff moved with a purpose and didnt serve lukewarm coffee on such cold mornings. Restaurant use aside, Id recommend!

I loved this place! They are so kind and thoughtful. I had breakfast with my mom and sister along with our 18 month old toddlers and trust me, they were naughty. Staff stepped right in and put the boys in feeding stools. They gave me quite a hard time to eat as they kept throwing things at me and this beautiful waitress came by and asked if she could take to for a little walk to the buffet area. I gladly said yes and she watched them until I finished my meal! Lovely friendly staff.

Nice newer hotel, good location near Long street and easy parking in their parking structure. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Housekeeping could do better, found refuse under a table in plain sight. Friendly front desk staff, warm and welcoming. Would be nice to have Marriott Platinum benefits of a lounge and breakfast to be included, but that isnt the case. Overall a nice newer hotel.

What a hidden gem!! I loved the decor and ambience this place had and the food was absolutely delicious!!!! One of the best salmon dishes Ive ever had, and the pork belly was delicious as well. Only issue I had was with the parking.. Be sure to have coins on you as otherwise youll have to walk all the way to the service station up the road to withdraw and make small change as the restaurant and hotel staff are quite unhelpful in that regard, no option to pay with a card or even with paper money.

Great place to have a function or for large groups to meet up for a sundowner or on that hot summers day to enjoy a nice cool cocktail by the heated pool while, I think they might even have live music during the festive season... The staff is also very friendly and helpful, well done guys and gals keep it up!!! So really looking forward to spending some time there during the festive season.

Wow, is what came to mind when I first stepped inside! We had friends from the US visiting for a week and this was their home away from home. They were blown away with the elegance of the hotel...If you want to spoil someone, or have a really special occasion to celebrate, this would be you go to place

Words cant express the service at the hotel. The waiter Siya should actually get most of the credit as he took very good care of us at the poolside for half of the day. You should experience it for yourself.

Newly Located in the middle of downtown makes it super easy to find. It has 3 spacious float tanks. They provide ample towels. Control over the lights and music 🎶. This facility spent the extra money to make it a worthwhile experience. And the price for one 90 minute float is $64 which is very reasonable.

I absolutely love this place. The check in was perfect with Emma and she helped me get the room i wanted. The foyer has been revamped since my last visit and the rooms will see renovations in June 2019. The hotel is close to the exciting night life on Long Street and Table Mountain as well as Signal Hill. Will keep coming back here as long as this service continues

Managed to sneak a peak at the normal operations of this Hotel just before the COVID-19 lockdown and was amazed at the friendliness and hospitality of all the staff. Please try their restaurant menu, a bit pricey but the food is great!

This was one of my favorite stays, the decor made every minute there exiting, the lounges and bars etc was so inviting that I didnt want to leave. The service was spectacular, the meals were some of the best Ive had at a hotel yet. And they have the coolest rooms EVER! 😁

We only went there for breakfast. The hotel felt cold and unfriendly. The food selection was good, but lacked passion. It was displayed without care. The cook working the hot foods section I.e. eggs made to order was miserable and could hardly pull enough muscles together to smile. We had to call for service after a good 15 minutes and even though we specified the strength the coffee should be, it came weak and milky . I would not go back, nor would I recommend it. I ordered pancakes and even though an attempt was made to present it well on the plate, it honestly tasted as though it had been re-heated in a microwave oven.

This Hotel had a make over in 2018. The new Autograph Collections look and feel gives this hotel a world class look and feel.It is located in the heart of Cape Town right next to the famous Company Gardens. It also close to many other great activities, sights and popular scenes.

Beautiful interior but service was an absolute joke. In all fairness, the staff were very polite but wholly incompetent.There were so many waiters, runners and bar staff hanging around yet no one seemed to know what was expected of them or how to do their jobs. We waited 20 minutes per drink order and eventually ended up topping up our own glasses. This was surprising because we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant.Towards the end of the meal there was an issue with the bill. The waiter had incorrectly billed us for the wrong (much more expensive) drink. When we refused to pay the higher priced drink the waiter guilt tripped us by stating that if we did not pay the difference (caused by his mistake) he would have to pay for the incorrect drink himself. The unprofessional conduct put a damper on the rest of the day.I really hope that the service will improve in future. The hotel is exquisite but the poor service diluted our experience.

It looked very nice, but I checked in after 11pm and had to leave for the airport at 9am, so I didnt see much. The room was really big for the 10 hours I was there and breakfast was great. Next time I am in Cape Town, I am planning on staying here again, but for a longer duration.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cape Town. Great location in the city center, a block down from the Company Gardens. Wonderful, helpful, caring staff who are genuinely concerned about the safety and enjoyment of their guests. Great travel desk always willing to help with planning, booking, and giving travel suggestions.My sister and I stayed here as guests from the US and didnt know what to expect from the city. By day 2, the staff knew us by name and even helped us track down lost luggage. When we went out for a late-night drink, we came back to find one of the valets waiting outside to make sure we got back to the hotel safely. We could not have asked for a better experience!!

Service Is Way Overpriced & The Massages Needs To Be Improved...

Nice pool with deck chairs to get your tan on, you can access the pool area if you purchase food or drinks from the bar (might end soon). Bar staff have room for improvement but would still go back.

Great hotel, the king room is amazing with bathtub in the room (although couldn’t be used due to water shortage in the whole country), central location, nice breakfast and lovely staff. They have their own driver if needed.The only thing is I forgot my two jackets in the wardrobe and they never contacted me about it. I wrote to them the day after and they never responded.

This is one of the signature class hotels in the chain. The service is highly proffessional, food quality and presentation is world class and the embiance is very appealing. A must for the deserning diner.

I recently spent 7 nights at this spectacular hotel in the city center of Cape Town, and was extremely impressed by my overall experience. The views from my room were outstanding, and I had a very comfortable bed. Additionally, the service at their on-site restaurant was truly magnificent. Specifically, I want to acknowledge the exceptional service issued by Loyiso Dyasi, as he was undoubtedly my favorite waiter over the course of the week. I also was made to feel very welcomed by Olivia and Patrick when I arrived for breakfast each morning. After reflecting on my experience, I cannot wait to return for yet another wonderful stay, and will look forward to seeing my favorite staff members at my upcoming visit.

Excellent service with great attention to detail. Absolutely amazing staff who were attentive and made us feel as we were the only guests. With breakfast you are spoilt for choice and the quality of the cuisine certainly lasts and leaves you wanting to return daily.Beautiful setting with premium finishes makes you forget that you are in the CBD.

Checked with multiple staff last night that what looked like parking outside the hotel was actually parking. They assured me that it was. Returned this morning to find R800 parking fine on my car. Manager told me he had no idea who was working last night and that I had got a parking ticket and should just deal with it. Refused to offer any help.

Food was pretty good. Wife had a delicious pork belly, I had a good steak. Service was ok, nothing special.The parking payment machine only takes cash and only wanted coins when we went.

The chique city Hotel has recently had a refurbish. Very, very nice, well situated and trendy. Love it

A lovely birthday breakfast was totally spoiled by the fact that their parking system doesnt accept credit cards, reception wouldnt help me and told me I needed to walk to the nearest petrol station to get cash and then the parking machine wouldnt accept my R100 note. Felt totally helpless and powerless and the staff were very polite but completely unwilling to help. Good food and great service in the restaurant. Negative points for the appalling parking management system. Wont go back and wont recommend them after this.
