I had a great experience with the online zoom calls conducted by Jacques and Jeanette. I really enjoyed doing the course in the comfort of my own office, that is a familiar environment without needing to drive anywhere. The 2 hour sessions were well prepared, interesting as well as interactive and enabled me to still get a normal days work in. Had tons of fun preparing my own tour guiding video with my trusted companion and friend James – whom I met virtually (at least initially that is) on the course - and I am grateful for the professional assistance and feedback with the research project and itinerary provided by Livingstone. Even the oral exam with Jacques I didn’t find daunting, as he created a friendly and relaxing atmosphere which made it very easy.I can only recommend giving this online course a go and I am sure it will stand everyone well in the future once tourism in SA is thriving again!!! GertNB: also Ronel is the best in setting up the course, keeping you on track and running the show in the background.

Livingstone Tourism Academy are by far one of the best in the business(if not thee best). I felt very much involved and included in everything we did at the Academy. All the facilitators are very professional and they make it easy for you to work with the rest of the group.
