Very big selection of everything but a bit on the expensive side. So its a toss up between price and convience. If you looking for the best deal its best to go somewhere else but if you looking for convience then brights hardware is your place. Its also very spacious so no big crowds, so easy to keep a distance as part of social distancing

Have all my house needs when building is needed.

Normally I would have good experience at the store, but today I was very disappointed with your service at electric department. I was waiting for service for almost a half an hour. There was an African guy who told me he cant help me now because his busy with a customer. No greeting and not even Ill get somebody to to help . Other staff members just walking by nobody is interested in making business. This kind of service is becoming a habit. The staff you had when you opened the branch in Mitchells Plain was fantastic. What have now is really pathetic an their product knowledge is poor. You stood out as a hardware store in Mitchells Plain , but now theres no difference . That is now concerning customer service.

Friendly helpful staff. Some of the products are expensive and they dont always have what I am looking for in the plumbing department but then I found a product their that I could not find elsewhere. I also bought too many hard boards and I could return it after producing my till slip without any hassles.

Great place, they have everything you need for amateur and professional DIY guy or girl. The staff are excellent. Theyre very helpful and they know their products. Their staff actually go for real training on all the products and applications. I would recommend everyone go to Brights especially if you need some advise on how a product works.

At first I thought Brights was onlt a lighting supplies place, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn it is a fully stocked hardwarw store Awesome place for all your hardware, plumbing such as gutters and gardening supplies, also painting supplies, you can request a mixture of colours to make yours unique. The electrical supply section has solar panels on display and various supplies. The tools section has a reasonable supply. The refilling of gas takes a few minutes but at least I can be sure it is filled. The thing I liked was the friendly and helpful staff.

I visited the hardware approximately 2 weeks ago, in my search for exterior paint and I have only good things to say about my visit.I visited the Brights in the new shopping mall named Watergate Mall. I was flabbergasted with the great and helpful service I received at the store. I regret not writing down his name, but he was great!I was looking for a certain colour and wasnt quite convinced the colour he is recommending is what I want. He quickly rushed to his phone and showed me the colour that he personally used a month ago to paint with. Low and behold the colour was perfect, he further more indicated ways to save by using certain items - this was welcoming.It might seem as though he was trying to get me to spend more, but the truth of the matter is I needed the items he recommended anyway and if he didnt take the time to show me around I would have most likely overlooked the specials.Thank you Brights Hardware Watergate Mall, your staff are really delightful.Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
