This is an awesome hidden treasure. Stayed one night and found all we needed with great hosts close by to offer assistance if required. It is open plan space used very smartly - recommend this. Its Clean and comfortable

The place looks nice on the outside, a but never got a chance to go inside. When there yesterday to book for a place and stood at the gate more than 50 minutes and no one assisted me and ended up leaving.. And theres no numbers of the place on Google or Bookit.. What a joke,

I had an amazing stay at the Guest house. The owners are so helpful and accomodative. The rooms are Covid-19 standard in Cleanliness. Great stay

I first fell inlove with the place the room,building and when I got to find out that my room has the best view I couldnt get enough of it 🥰🥰🥰the table mountain view from my balcony 😍😍aaah to die for the best place to book.

When we got there we didn’t see at as a problem that the room wasn’t as clean as it could be and the bed sheets as well as the towels had a foul smell to them. When we asked the owner for new sheets he did so but they still did not smell good. So we asked him to replace them again, and when he came to the room he had an attitude and spoke to us in a hostile tone that is no way to speak to a guest. They say that it’s self catering so they do not clean rooms but what normal b&b does not clean their rooms everyday ????? And if he says they don’t clean why don’t they state they don’t clean and provide self cleaning supplies. Self catering means it’s a facility to cook your own meals not clean the room.The room is infested with huge cockroaches and spiders as well. Really disappointed I do not recommend going here.

My family didnt stay at tranquility due to my aunt doing so terrible in hospital the day we were supposed to arrive and then being told she might only have a few days left. She died the next day in the early hours of the morning. However while phoning tranquility to inform them of the events and ask if we could perhaps move the booking if possible knowing that they might not be able to with it being so last minute we would have accepted a simple no.While on the phone with a man who instead of a simple no Im sorry there is nothing we can do or even the slightest drop of empathy. Responded with such arrogance and rudeness that it was last minute and we didnt call sooner and he had turned people away so hed lose money he would have gotten but hed try see what he could do. As if i we all knew that on the day we were flying down to cape town my family would experience such devastating news.Truly disgusted at the arrogance and attitude would not recommend this place.
