The apartments are very well equipped and very clean. The staff provided great service and were very helpful. The apartments have a very central location for a visit to the city and walks along the promenade.

Strand Beach by Totalstay was everything and more than you would need. Perfectly serviced by the staff each day. Public areas spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and understanding. Quick to respond when I needed an iron. Will definitely book at Strand Beach again. Location is exactly where you want to be, close walking distance to the promenade, shops, Moyo Market or the V & A Waterfront.

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend at the Urban Artisan Aparthotel in Woodstock and it was such a good experience. The studio we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It also had a big balcony to relax on. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy and the Totalstay representative was very friendly and helpful. The building is conveniently located and in walking distance from the Old Biscuit Mill. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to do so again soon.

Absolutely flawless service, great location (500m) from beach and great restaurants

I loved this design and cosy apartment, I booked. The pictures doesn’t do any justice compared to what I saw! It was absolutely amazing and the service from reception to security was outstanding. I will most definitely go back sooner rather than later!

The flats are very clean and good. You got smart tvs with Netflix and a fast fiber Internet. Theres a cleaning service everyday except the weekend and the bed sheets are changed every two days. The place is close (almost 15 min) to most of the important places such as Waterfront, the beach (camps bay), table Mountain, the old biscuit mill etc... I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended

What a beautiful and memorable stay. The apartment is stunning - homely and uber comfortable , with the most exquisite view. It was an absolute pleasure waking up to the ocean and our host was both professional and warm. Looking forward to the next stay with totaltstay!

Absolutely shocking. words cannot describe how disgusted i am, specially now during this strict COVID time, where everyone is meant to be far more hygienic and everything is meant to be cleaned thoroughly.from the time we arrived there has been issue after issue. firstly we were not on the level we wished to be on, the 2nd bathroom window had no covering at all, providing NO privacy when showering. this window looked straight onto the street and the building next door and everyone could see everything that was going on in the bathroom. the main bedroom lights were not working and to top it all off we found used C*nd*ms, the actual thing as well as the wrapper in a filled to the brim dustbin with used dental floss and tissues, all this on the day we checked in.this is totally shocking and totally unacceptable, when the manager was shown he stood with his mouth open in shock. this has definitely been the worst place we have ever stayed in

Misusing content which isnt theirs and not having the decency to communicate when a dialogue was initiated. Poor, pathetic and frankly disappointing. From what I see in the rest of the thread its clearly a frequent occurrence with this brand.

Do not recommend staying with Totalstay at all! Due to the virus, I have tried to contact them to understand the options available to me, it has been 3 weeks of back and forth. I am unable to travel to South Africa as the the country is currently in lockdown and my own country is advising not to travel internationally. They have advised I can only be refunded via credits for a new booking to be made within 12 months... unreasonable and illogical responses with what should have been an easy and quick refund situation. Please consider alternative options including Airbnb.

Avoid booking with them . You will be left stranded , Host were not aware of my booking on Airbnb. Office and after hrs staff unable to assist or call back .

Fringes of legality!I booked the villa through Booking.com for the 1st week of May. First the company has been really forceful in their way of asking for the payment of the 1st deposit by asking for an immediate payment without notice and threatening to cancel my booking when via Booking they already had my credit card imprint. Then I unfortunately had to cancel my booking but I did so within the agreed time limit without any penalty to pay. Its been over a month and a half since the cancellation and I still havent received the reimbursement of my advance of 1100 euros. I understand that the current economic situation is complicated for everyone but once again the cancellation was made before and in time to be fully refunded without having to invoke any force majeur or other reasons to obtain a refund. I am on my 6th reminder but still no action from them and they are unreachable on the phone. I really hope you will come back to me and proceed with the reimbursement quickly. I hoped I could come again to Cape Town but probably not with this landlord as clearly the customer service is a one-way effort...

Host advertised on Airbnb . But property was not available when I arrived. Unable to contact host . Covid 19 was the excuse for the poor service

We had great experience with Totalstay, the serviced apartment we stayed in was better than a regular hotel any day, great service, highly recommended!

We booked with Total Stay through AirBnB the Valtemeri Villa in Cape Town for 8 nights in Feb 2017. Someone met us at the property on arrival and we had an extremely lovely cleaner who came everyday and was fantastic. The property had a slight issue with the AC and electric tripping out during our stay but Total Stay were quick to send an engineer (albeit for reasons out of their control it took a few days to repair). Otherwise the Villa was fantastic and we had a great time!

We were very happy with the level of service provided by Totalstay, especially by Rabia who was always ready to accommodate us to ensure that our stay was the most enjoyable. Thank you Rabia .The staff at Totalstay was very welcoming, very attentive to our needs and very helpful, in particular Papy. Our sincere thanks to all the people at Totalstay who contributed to make our stay very enjoyable. We would also like to thank Sonica who did an excellent job ensuring that housekeeping services were provided with great care. She was always available to help in any way she could and we have appreciated all the help and care she provided us. We should also mention the great job that Pamela did in providing housekeeping services.

We had some issue with the booking and checking in processOn the positive side, the accommodation was really nice, upmarket and clean and the staff we had to deal with face to face, Antonio, was very helpful and apologetic.

We had a great experience through Total Stay, but I do reccomend you arrange check in and checkout half an hour before you actually checkin or checkout. Always at lwast 20 minutes late
