Beautiful apartments very quiet

The apartment that was rented for us was atrociously dirty. Old soap left in the bathroom with hair on it, carpets were dirty and had stains on it, kettle was dirty and fatty, stove was filthy and extractor was full of old oil, dirty cloths left in the kitchen, sleeper couch springs were poking through, linen on the bed was dirty and had stains on it. These are just a few of the issues we saw on scanning the place. On initial inquiry, I had asked if pets were allowed and I was told by the caretaker that under no circumstances would pets be allowed, yet throughout our time there we saw various sizes of dogs. We also had problems with the kitchen light that tripped the electricity and then this same kitchen light would not switch off. We reported this to the manager but he never pitched to check or come and have a look at what the problem could be. Their website is very deceiving when showing the apartments as it is only one big room that has been divided by furniture and not seperate rooms at all, i.e. Bedroom, lounge and dining room is all one single room. If it was at all possible, I would have given this establishment negative stars.
