Beautiful stunning apartments!The studio we stayed in had a smart TV, Belcony, fridge, stove etc…Everything that is needed to self cater!You have dedicated wifi to your room and a belcony that is awesome to just breath some fresh air in.Will defs go here anytime again!

The residences in my opinion is the best accommodation in century city, specious and freedom of self catering makes it far better choice then any hotel plus you get secure parking with card access in the basement. I love the views and the facilities, canal walk is on the other side of the beautiful walkway bridge, the lobby downstairs is absolutely beautiful and quiet, the coffee shops are really good and the staff is very trained and very accommodating.

Decent enough place to stay. My only negatives are that they did not have a hairdryer in my room and when I asked for one they gave me some old thing that still had hair from whoever had it last on the hairdryer.The cleaner who brought me the hairdryer first checked all the cupboards before giving me a hairdryer without asking if she may, what if I had sensitive things that I do not want people to know about laying in the cupboards.They gave us very limited coffee and sugar and the Aircon remotes display was damaged so I could not set the Aircon properly.Another point is that loadshedding occured over the duration of my stay and the hotel staff seemed more surprised than I was that loadshedding occurred. I sat in the dark until I went downstairs (emergency generator only powers foyer and lift) and asked reception for a light.

Its OK but not fully equipped in the kitchen. i.e No trays, or dishing/seving spoons, big serving bowls,cracked cups and plates with that line of dirt to show the cracks have been there for a while, ,iron not working, the door must be jerked to open and ....when rooms are being refreshed, Rooibos tea you seldom get it but that cylon tea ayy. But the room is nice and WiFi 📶 is good.

Due to Lockdown I was unable to use my booking. I requested a refund in March and was asked to wait until they re-opened. They have re-opened and despite phone calls and emails, I have neither received a response nor a refund. I have simply been ignored!

Beautiful place in a beautiful small city. At night this place is peaceful, beautiful. Its also right next to Canal Walk, thats a plus. Love this place.

Great hotel

The Residences cater for a longer stay/self service approach. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, oven, and stove top. Great if you like to cook, but bad if you want room service. The room is spacious and comfortable.There is free undercover parking, but be warned that parking in front of Mazars/Knife incurs additional costs. Not sure how to arrive and where to park without incurring this penalty. Just a bugbear.

Our stay, compared to our previous one, and taking into consideration the Covid Pandemic, was not up to std. Dirty floors, handles, phone, bathroom shelves, no info pages, broken phones, wi fi down, Satelite TV not working properly, having to walk up an down to reception to get any form of service, organisation of breakfast etc non existant. Overall, very sad to say poor service and mediocre stay.

Not practical, plugs in odd places, no bedside tables, balcony door was a struggle to open, hair dryer was strong enough to blow my brows... and cord to short to reach a mirror.. poor lightingThe team on duty went to great lengths to make us more comfortable, arranged a bed side table, an extension cord for the hair dryer,even brought flowers, wine, and delicate treats with a note, but somehow the experience was ruined.. the staff amazing - kudos to them Isabel, Jonno, Luke, thanks for trying so hard..

If you are going to lodge here, you need to keep eyes at the back of your head because housekeeping staff steal stuffs not tied down here. Ive had to learn the hard way. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY. I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE

What an amazing last two weeks stay here at the residences. The staff are fantastic and are so friendly and welcoming all the time. Definitely a place I will come back to weather it be work related or private. Staff in the breakfast area are fantastic, always greet you with award winning smiles and always remember what you drink. The extra note on my cappuccino this morning will forever be remembered, that was going the extra mile.Our driver to and from the Residences to our Head office, MacKenzie, you are Tops. We were not impressed with the service and poor levels of professionalism. We experienced booking issues and found the staff extremely unhelpful in resolving issues. Unimpressed. Will not be back.

A 4 star hotel, that doesnt even have any emergency lighting in the rooms during power outage! So take torches if you want to stay there!

Clean apartments within close proximity of one of the biggest shopping malls in Cape Town (Canal Walk) although the TV bouquet channels are quite limited (no variety). A warm breakfast would be nice as breakfast provided is more finger food rather than a filling breakfast.
