My family and I stayed at this place from 04 till 09 Oct 2021. Upon our arrival our suite was not cleaned and soon as we put our bags down I came a guy with mop and bucket saying he needs to clean the balcony. The bedroom doors were not working and was reported but they fixed it after 2 days. All in all theres no proper cleaning. The pool is filthy and there was ongoing maintenance noise. The lift is one and small.I was quite disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful apartments. There 3 bedroom apartments and they very comfortable, clean and amazing. The apartments include DSTV explorer. The reception is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. This is a great place for families. There are restaurants and shops a walking distance.

Luxury apartments with daily cleaning services. The view of table mountain and the ocean is just unbelievably beautiful. Enclosed Deck pool where you can picnic or just enjoy the view.

The reception, porter, cleaning staff were all so friendly and professional. Checking in and out was such a pleasure, so easy and it with such warmth. I cannot wait for our next stay. Thank you to all at Aquarius for the continued amazing quality that you give to guest. From our first visit many years ago and the many in between you guys do not disappoint. The rooms are also stunning and spotless. Thank you once again 🙏

Firstly the staff are amazing with their dealing with the guests.Rooms are spotless and absolutely gorgeous.Views are different from each room aswell as from apartment and are beautiful...On the whole one of the best hotels in Blouberg/Table View.

Its a beautiful place, thats guaranteed but 👏 the man at the reception was so unfriendly, made it really difficult to check in instead of being helpful. Booked through booking.com and was surprised when we got there and found out about an R1K deposit that had to be paid, that can only be paid with a credit card or cash(which makes no sense). Also our balcony was so dirty. Had fun on our weekend nonetheless but will probably never return there. Checked out on the 21st, still havent been refunded our deposit.

Very pretty from the outside.The reception is lovely too.When we arrived there seemed to be only 1 person on duty to sign in guests, see to queries and there was no porter.Only 1 lift to each side of the hotel so you may have to wait a while to go up or down.The room was very comfortable and well decorated. Most of it seemed to be new or newly updated. The lounge lamp still had the price tag on it but no light bulb in it. The one bedroom light wasnt working. Limited storage in the kitchen but enough utensils and plates, pots etc. They provide a cloth, sponge and dishwasher liquid.Rooms were cleaned daily, not wiped down as I expected with hygiene being of utmost importance at the moment, but floors were mopped daily. We never had enough towels and were told the place only gets Limited towels daily. Balconies were not cleaned on arrival nor during the week that we were there. Hallways and passage and lift also were not cleaned as often as I expected. There was a full 24 hours in our passage the one day before someones red spit was cleaned up.Good space for kids and very comfortable for families. Wifi and Limited dstv available.Pool is really lovely but would be great if it was heated. Its partly indoors and partly outdoors. Not enough room to sit comfortably inside.The gym is basic and has the essential equipment.There was only 1 blanket provided for our 3 rooms.There are fans/ heaters in most rooms.No safe in the room. No additional charge for undercover parking. The staff are super friendly and super honest. Even when my kids left money lying around, not a cent was taken.Overall a nice place to stay with kids.

Terrible phone service, reception team have no patience.

I stayed here before and it was excellent, but I dont know why on my recent visit here it was not all that great. When we arrived at the hotel and we were given our key card the room/ suite was not ready.We found Torn curtains that were an eye sore. There was no hand shower in the bathroom, the pipe was missing. We moved all our belongings to another suite. This one looked a little better and as the night progressed we found faults. The cupboard doors in one bedroom we not fitted in we had to fit them in ourselves. The common bathroom had no keys, we also found that the toilet in the common bathroom would not flush properly and the cistern was not filling up completely. The bath shower was not draining properly. So if you took a shower youd be standing in ankle deep dirty water. Tried cooking supper and the stove wouldnt work. A guy from Reception tried to assist us, but then we were told that we had to wait until the next morning for the maintenance guy. The ensuite had no shower head. The TV remote in the ensuite did not work. After spending two nights in this suite we were moved again. The third suite was good until the last night when some cleaner turned off the temperature setting in the refrigerator. I cant say if this was done deliberately or by accident the fridge was on so we didnt notice that it was not chilling. So on departure we found that all our frozen food had thawed out and spoilt. Remember we stayed here before and we were happy but unfortunately not this time.

Spacious and luxurious.

Lovely place away from the busy city with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. Strict with check out times. Needs to pay attention to detail, there are simple things that are missing such as some room have mirrors and some dont. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues are sorted out within an hour or so.

What a disgrace this place has no generator and damp in rooms as well as leaking windows.

I am an architect, the 3 star I am giving is for the architecture not for the service, not for the unkept walkways, not for the malfunctional lift, not for the dirty lounge

Place is great friendly staff only problem is mother nurture, it is too windy that side.

Apartment was cleaned daily extremely well. Liesl and David and rest of staff were utmost caring and helpful to assure all our needs were met with. Made us feel utmost welcome. Suite properly maintained. Amazing sea and Table Mountain views from room and balcony. Close to number of restaurants and shops. Lacked nothing. Wished to stay longerLook forward to next visit.

Apartments are ...top notch any troubles we had were dealt with effectively and professionally.Load shedding may have caused a few fuses to blow.... but these were efficiently rectified by the competent staff.

Reception guys are so rude . Bad service

The apartment, service and staff are excellent. On booking I had to agree to conditions: no noise, no entertaining guests. For the two nights that we have been here we had to put up with wild partying until the early hours of the morning. It seems like the staff are unable to control these guests. I am also no sure about this being a family friendly environment. The young men that check in here were shouting out their room numbers to people outside in the middle of the night. So much for no guests! We still have 14nights to go. I need to be convinced that I made the right choice after a 10km walk this evening and viewing other family friendly accommodation. I must however stress that the aoartment is very comfortable and clean and all the staff have been professional, helpful and most willing to assist.

My brother was stuck in an elevator for 30 minutes on New Years. He was making his way to level 7 when the elevator stopped him on the 4th floor. He started pressing the help button but no one could hear it. I tried calling him to find out where he was, but his phone went straight through to voicemail because the network in this hotel is horrendous! Eventually after many tries of calling him he finally gets a hold of me and then proceeds to break even more. The elevator then dropped from the 4th level to R2 level. He thought that, that was the end of his life. If the elevator had to drop even more. He was and is scared and in that moment feared for his life. I do not think I’ll be returning to this hotel again, because they handled the situation so poorly by completely and utterly ignoring my brother while he was trying to explain himself. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with a common sense. Dissatisfied and disappointed customer

I think Aquarius luxury suite deserve a 5 star rating. You are really good and made our stay perfect and unforgettable. Keep up the good work.

Location is great and staff are friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Pool is much smaller than the picture and building needs a few more elevators and some maintenance.

This is the best hotel I have EVER stayed at. We stayed at the penthouse suite and the view every morning was to die for. The service was amazing (Godknows and his lovely wife) were so friendly and greeted us and our guests with smiles each morning. A cute bakery and Simply Asia was located so we just had to walk a few feet and we were there. Not to mention another restaurant just down the road (when I say road, I literally mean a minute walk across the street!) The beach was practically on our doorstep and I couldnt have asked for anything more. If you want an at-home feel and great service, stay here. You wont find it anywhere else. Not to mention I actually felt safe leaving money and my electronics in the room when we were gone. Again, amazing hotel!

Best place to stay when visiting Cape Town with all the shops and restaurant you need on one end and the Atlantic on the other.

Favorite place to stay in Blouberg. Tricky because some of the suites are much better than others. The view is amazing if you get the right suite. The place is well maintained. They need to get more DStv channels or get smart tvs. The WiFi is the worst! They should do something about that too. I like Aquarius and I have stayed there lots of times.

The apartment was great with the partial view of the ocean as described. Its a close distance to any bars and shops if you need anything. I feel however that our room was not thoroughly checked before we arrived as 1 of the extractor fans in the rest rooms made a terrible noise when in use and even though there were clear signs mentioning an extractor fan in the kitchen there was not one.

Breathtaking view!!! Amazing!! I loved it. Self catering and while mom and dad can feel spoiled the self catering room was perfect for the children as well.

Absolutely loved my stay. I was suprised by the space and luxury. Service was amazing. The views are spectacular. Only down side was the road noise and party goers from the streets below and no blockout curtains in the bedroom.

Well priced and very comfortable units. Only objection is the lift. There is only one lift and when it is busy you wait forever...

Reception staff very friendly sadly cant say the same for other staff members. Pool services need improvement and the smoke and noise coming from other room was a bit unsettling.

Very spartan. No ice machine, breakfast etc.. Broken shower head and water damaged walls .Has value of you pack 4 people in 2 rooms (or maybe they charge more for that). The new veneer does not hide a tired building.

Looks great but upon closer inspection very poorly maintained. Dirty oven with remnants of previous occupants dinner, broken cupboards and poorly thought through design. Balcony has a gap that my kid can fit through and fall 7 floors.

Excellent service with high quality finish interior. As a self catering apartment it beats many hotels.
