I had the most amazing experience and received the best service from Air Agents I would definitely recommend them - I booked accommodation in January 2020 for April 2020 however hard lockdown was implemented I was dealing with a lovely lady named Tracey she sent me emails on a regular basis just to check up on me and to advise me that as soon as the lockdown is over I could finally go on vacation... Pass forward we had a really great time for the 8days we spent at Neptunes IslesThe apartment was super clean and Tracey would constantly call to check up if everything is in order.A 5 star rating goes to the air agents team 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you for the amazing service

Ive made a booking in Bloubergstrand via Air Agents and due to the pandemic restrictions and health concerns we postponed our holiday. Air Agents, specifically Tracy-Lee Losper, was really helpful and extremely patient with all my questions, concerns and postponement during the uncertain times. It was incredible to build a relationship with Air Agents across country and experience such understanding! I will bother Tracy for future bookings everytime! I will recommend Air Agents in future due to the wonderful treatment from the personel.

My agent Melissa Baggott, truly showed great customer service. I thank her for her outstanding customer service and having what we say in my language Botho meaning humanity and humbleness. She made sure I was kept up to date all the time, checked that all was well with the accomadation and that we were happy with everything, before we left she ensured to check up with us that we enjoyed our stay.She made our interaction pleasant at all times even when i was getting frustrated with accounts department. AirAgents - never again!!!They cancelled my paid booking 3 days prior arrival. I only got the money back after 4 weeks with a lot of effort. I still havent got the administration fee back.Its absolutely unacceptable how they treat customers!

I recently appointed Air Agents to manage the short term letting of a property in Observatory, Cape Town. The onboarding experience was absolutely awesome. They were efficient, and are always available to answer any query. Everything was arranged to ensure that I had no delays in the listing process, and I can confidently say I am pleased to have used them. Highly recommended.

We used Air Agents to book our Xmas holidays. Not at all a good experience. We battled to get them to sort out hassles with the television, and in the end they it was never resolved! We have been trying for nearly 6 weeks to get our breakage deposit refunded. Nikita at Air Agents just never gets back to us. Unacceptable. There are plenty of agents online.

I had great communication and was informed of all the necessary information. I could not manage the rentals myself and they do all the work and marketing. I am satisfied.

We have just recently appointed Air Agents to manage our Brand new apartment in de Waterkant and so far we are very happy with the service of the staff. They have been very helpful and have done their utmost to assist us with getting our property listed. They even helped out with getting the paintings on the wall. Our father died and left his home empty in Langebaan, while my sister and I live in Australia. Airagents have been incredible in helping us get the home ready for short term rental - they have gone beyond and above to assist our family - they have completely setup our Fathers home to rent it out and get everything completely perfect for our guests. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! They have dealt with our family in the most incredible way, understanding the grief and also the difficulties of having the family overseas. They have treated the home with respect, with care, and also with incredible professionalism. We feel that Azeldi and the AirAgents team have become a part of our family. We know that we can confidently have guests in our Dads home and that they will have the absolute best experience: the home is beautiful, but AIrAgents have supplied new linen, crockery and cutlery, and all the special touches that our guests deserve. I would unreservedly give them 10 out of 5 stars for service, care and professionalism.

Running an Airbnb proved to be much more of a commitment than my partner and I were prepared to handle, which lead us to you through a friends recommendation. We could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism received from you guys. Some advice from your team led to minor decor changes, which made a huge difference. Guest reviews have been great since we have entrusted you guys to manage our Hermanus based Airbnb, with many more bookings being made. We couldn’t be happier with our holiday rental and would certainly recommend you to any busy Airbnb owners.

They dont list your property on all the major booking sites as advertised. The result is that we had no bookings for the entire high season..Then when I figured out what the problem was, I called Ivor the owner of Airagents who never answered my call. He then sent a whatsapp saying he would call me back. That was on the 4th March. Todays date is the 19th March and Im still waiting for his call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
