Awesome quiet complex with friendly neighbors.

Stayed for 4 nights slept like dream views that inspired creativity in the bedroom

A very well maintained and organized apartment, ideal for a family of 4-5, in a small securely fenced-in and guarded complex. We had all the comforts of home and convenient access to the Cape Town city center and tourist attractions. The kids loved the huge TV mounted in the living room. We can definitely recommend it. Gavin was a very friendly host, quick to assist and who responded swiftly to our requests.

Perfect place. Excelent attention from Gavin. He gives you some very good tips and he is always available on the phone. The location is great when you have a car. You have private parking. The house is stunning. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need. I absolutely recommend this house. I had one of the best holidays ever in Cape Town because the house is ideal.

We had the best time staying here, it was just what we needed. Lovely, bright, clean, secure, good access to main roads, lovely view of the city and not overpriced. We are a family of five, and we wouldnt hesitate to stay again and we would definitely reccommend to others. Gavin was very easy to deal with and the booking/payment arrangements worked out well too.

The owner of the property is friendly and accommodative He let us check in 2hrs before the agreed time which really helped us. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. What you see on the pics is what you get when you get there. Ill definitely come back again and refer my friends.

3 Canterbury square is located just below the mountain anf has great view of the city. It is very close to main road and a shopping centre within walking distance. The estate is well secured and very clean. It has all necessary amennities for a family

Clean and comfortable but sometimes humid.The cupboard in the 2nd bedroom needs repairs.The morpheuos TV is fantastic and makes life extreamly comfortable.The mountain views are fantastic.

Parking was a bit tight but safe community and super clean apartment
