My husband had a bad experience with this specific store and just extended to the other one he was asked to go to in Greenpoint. he went to buy some essentials, as he is on a plant-base plan to cut he asked for help and recommended supplements that can aid this. Was offered and bamboozled through the sales person giving him steroids and then tells him that he cannot pay with a card during this pandemic, only cash. He called their head office and they dealt with it speedily by simply giving his money back.He expressed his concern for his health and if he did not do some research on the product, he would have taken it and it could have had dire consequences and in some instance fatal (if the research is anything to go by). Even though they apologized and said its not how they run their business the whatsapp messages displayed something else... if your not into such a thing, we are sorry, but if you are, we can hook you upI dont care what the industry standards are, this was not good and instead of dealing with it the proper way, they simply gave his money back and said sorry.

Never encountered a more unhelpfull shop/sales assistant in my life. Prefers to spend time on his phone leaving customers to figure out for themselves what they need.I left, and wont ever support this shop again.

I felt the price are reasonable when compared to other stores like dis Chem and other online services . They have both domestic and imported brands .

Went into the store but the product I wanted was super popular and unfortunately out of stock, manager said I could pay and it would be delivered to my door, received it the next day, without having to pay delivery costs and some free samples included! Would highly recommend and definitely visit again. Thanks again
