When I am away from home I find myself looking forward to returning for a smoothie bowl full of the goodness of the various superfoods in the range. I was very excited to recently come across the Green Kratom - a product that I had heard much about, but which is not easily found! Ive been using the Soaring Free Superfoods products for more than 6 years now and have never been disappointed. Having struggled with adrenal dysfunction, I find that if I dont have my superfood smoothie in the morning I feel sluggish all day. Nothing beats this for breakfast. I use the Nourish and Lean protein powders daily (used to be Vanilla Dream and Green Alkaliser). And of course my ultimate baking friend is the raw cacoa. I thoroughly enjoy using the Soaring Free Super Foods range! The range is so flexible with many great recipes that I use daily and weekly! My greatest recipe I have created yet is a Potent Matcha. I start every morning off with this cuppa goodness: I add a tsp of Wheatgrass powder, 1 tsp Mucuna, 1 tsp Maca Xpresso, 1 tsp Matcha powder, 1/4 tsp of Monk Fruit Extract, add a bit of hot water to form a paste and top of with about 200ml of creamy freshly made frothy Hemp Milk! Mmmm its so delicious and nutrient dense!

So, I am just grateful for Peter and Beryn pursuing their dream of bringing wholesome superfoods to the public. Their testimony on Rawlicious DVD – (4 disc set) is a powerful one. Everyone should get the DVDs for starters to better understand the impact -real- raw food has on ones wellbeing. To narrow my list to one favourite superfood is a difficult one but as it currently feels I must say the chocolate range is an awesome way to leave behind the old way of pursuing comfort food:-)
